I have cancer of the throat and I am attempting to write about my experience while I go through treatment and recovery from treatment. I may also ramble about other items such as the condition of our nation or my recovery from addiction. For the record, as of June 27, 2018, I have been clean for 35 years. So my days on the streets are a long ways in my past. That being said, as any person in recovery will tell you, I only have today. I am close to using again as the end of my arm. If I don’t maintain my recovery, I will relapse.
